In accordance with 20 U.S.C. 1412 (a) (8), 1417 (c)) Sec. 300.573, The Cullman County Special Education Program is considering disposing of Special Education records of persons whose date of birth is prior to September 1, 1995. These records are no longer needed to provide educational services to said persons.
